Studio Fini Architettura, led by Italian architects Gianfranco Fini and his daughters, Nicola and Francesca Fini, is an architecture and interior design firm based in the Dominican Republic. The studio operates with a philosophy centered on designing spaces and environments that thoughtfully cater to users' needs, applying innovative solutions and premium materials, all while respecting the surrounding landscape and natural environment.
Since its inception, Studio Fini has prioritized urban planning and sustainable tourism development. In 1978, the firm designed the master plan for the Costa Verde Tabatinga holiday complex in Brazil, a 700-acre coastal development in Santos, marking the start of an impressive portfolio of large-scale projects in Italy and internationally. Notable projects include the Marina of Porto Rotondo in Sardinia (Italy), Gouvia Marina in Corfu (Greece), the Marina of Casa de Campo (Dominican Republic), and the Marina of Puerto Bahia Samaná (Dominican Republic).
